 If you are active and adventurous, we can offer you this unforgettable trip. Imagine yourself camel riding in a semi-desert, horse riding in mountains 2000-2500 m above sea level, swimming in a lake and rafting in a mountain river. A one day walking tour and two horse riding tour of 2 days are offered in this two weeks program. During your stay you learn about Kyrgyz traditions and legends and meet many local people. You need to be in good physical condition and have the expertise that is required for horse riding, rafting and hiking. You should bring a sleeping bag, isolating (air) mattress, warm clothes and raincoat. Our interpreter and local guides will accompany you and are ready to help you if it is needed. Encounter the life and the culture of the nomads of Kyrgyzstan. In Bishkek and Bosteri you will spend the night in guesthouses. During the remaining part of the tour you will sleep in yurts, nomadic tents made of felt. During trekking you will sleep in a small tent.
See how herdsmen make 'Kymys', the national drink made of mare milk. Listen to the children singing their songs and playing their instruments. See the equestrian games.
Itinerary:

Relax on the beach, camel riding. |

By car to Temir-Kanat yurt camp, horse riding up to mountains close to glaciers, visit yurts of local families. |
| Days 7-8 |
Horse riding from Temir-Kanat to Tuura-Suu yurt camp with one overnight with a local family near Koltor village. |
| Days 9-10 |
Horse riding or walking in mountains around yurt camp Tuura-Suu, the last evening there will be music. |
| Day 11 |
Walk to Kara-Talaa village, by car to Kara-Talaa yurt camp. |
| Day 12 |
Rest in Kara-Talaa. |
| Day 13 |
Visit handicraft workshop in Kara-Talaa village, rafting in Chui river, continue travelling by car to Bishkek, dinner in cafe. |

Visit Osh bazaar, transfer to the airport. |

This year again we offer thematic and adventurous programs. These tours are exclusively organised by Ecotour and offer a good impression of our way of life. This year we offer several new thematic tours. In a thematic tour, the leading theme is a specific activity, like f.i. bird watching or a special aspect of our culture like felt making of festivals. New is a tour in which legends and tales are the central theme, a festival tour and a drawing and painting tour accompanied by a Dutch art teacher. In spring, when all fruit trees are blooming, we organise a blossom tour in the Talas region and around lake Issuk-Kol.

The Kyrgyz have not forgotten that for centuries the horse was the most precious animal in their nomadic lives. Even these days many families consider horses still very important this makes Kyrgyzstan supremely suitable for horse riding. Ecotour offers a great variety of adventures tours. On foot, horseback or by bicycle you can discover the mountains of Tian-Shan. There are programs for 2 or 3 weeks, some more difficult then the others. Our tours are not only for small groups but several tours can also be done individually.
As most of our yurt camps in the mountains are situated above 2000 m. weather can change a couple times a day. Therefore, even in summer it is a necessity to bring warm clothes and rain gear.
Our cooks have been trained to cope with different diets. Even if you need to have gluten free meals, this is possible at several of our tours.
Trekking and horse riding tours are the perfect way to see the ranges of Tian-Shan mountains and the life of the Kyrgyz.
