If you book for 4 persons or more, we offer 5% discount.

Payment

When you make a reservation, you will receive an application form and you make a down payment at our bank account in the Netherlands. This will be 50 euro for tours up to 1 week and 150 euro for longer trips.

We will send you a confirmation of your booking. If you cancel your tour, the down payment will not be resituated. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon arrival in Bishkek. This way, you can be sure that you only pay for the trip you are going to make.

It is possible that you do not like to travel with much cash money. In that case you can pay at the bank account. However for the bank transference to Kyrgyzstan, we do have to charge you.

What our prices include

All transfers throughout the journey in Kyrgyzstan according to your program, also from and to Manas airport. The vehicles we use are minibuses.

Accommodation in Kyrgyz traditional yurts during thematic tours; during active tours you will spend some nights - in tents, guesthouses, hotels and/or with local families. In Bishkek you are accommodated in a hotel or guesthouse near the centre.

Full board is provided during all tours. During active tours or long travel days you usually have a picnic for lunch. The last evening you’re treated on dinner in a restaurant in Bishkek.

Services of local guides with intimate knowledge of the country. An English speaking Dutch tour leader will accompany you during the bird watching and photography trip.

Services of interpreters, mainly student. All groups will be accompanied by an interpreter during the whole length of each tour.

Daily horse riding opportunities are available in Temir-Kanat, Tuura-Suu and Song-Kul yurt camps and of course during the horse riding tours. During trekkings transportation of the luggage will take place on horse back.

Local permits for the reservation zones visited according to the itinerary.

In brief: we will take care of you during your whole holiday in Kyrgyzstan, from arrival at the airport till departure from the airport.

You may need some money for personal expenses, like bottled drinks or souvenirs, maps, postcards, etc. In average our guests spend about 50-100 euro.
